What is an Ecofurb Plan?
An Ecofurb Plan includes a full home survey and energy assessment by a Retrofit Assessor, and home energy efficiency retrofit recommendations created by a qualified, Trustmark-approved Retrofit Coordinator.
This enables you to put together a detailed and reliable plan for your energy efficiency home upgrade with expert, independent advice tailored to your home, your priorities and your budget.
What do you get with an Ecofurb Plan?
Ecofurb’s Retrofit Coordinators will prepare an Ecofurb Plan for your home energy efficiency upgrade which takes into account your budget, your priorities, and all the relevant options for your home.
Crucially, they’ll also recommend in what order each measure should be installed, so you can plan work over time without the risk of having to re-work early installations.
Next, the Retrofit Coordinator will offer you a 30-minute consultation to talk through the detail, so you have a Plan you are confident will deliver on your energy efficiency goals.
Finally, you can select an installer for each measure from the Ecofurb trusted installer network, and get free retrofit coordination support for your project.
How the cashback works
Step 1: Click the "Book your Ecofurb Plan" button on the page below to arrange your home energy efficiency retrofit assessment. The home survey takes about 1-2 hours and includes a retrofit assessor taking measurements and photographs, including recording a 360° virtual tour with drone photography of your roof, to provide high quality information so that the Retrofit Coordinator can provide accurate and detailed whole house advice.
Step 2: After the home assessment, you’ll get your own bespoke Ecofurb Plan, which is a report highlighting energy-efficient recommendations specifically for your home and outlining an estimated budget for the works alongside potential energy savings.
Step 3: You’ll also get a free 30-minute consultation with the Ecofurb Retrofit Coordinator to discuss your Plan and answer any questions you may have.
Step 4: When you are ready to go ahead with energy efficiency work on your home, Ecofurb can provide you with access to a trusted, quality assured installer network, and your Ecofurb Retrofit Coordinator will be on hand to check quotes and sign off work carried out by Ecofurb’s installer partners.
Step 5: If you borrowed money from Santander to pay for the installation, you’ll get cashback into your Direct Debit account within 10 business days of Ecofurb telling Santander the work is complete.
